Founder Story

I didn’t build Matriarch Publishing Haus because life was easy, aligned, or already whole.

I built it in the middle of a life I was still healing from —

as a woman undoing generational trauma, recovering from addiction, raising daughters, rebuilding identity, choosing myself again and again after years of being taught not to.

This company was born the same way I was reborn:

through rupture, awakening, sobriety, grief, reclamation, and the quiet courage of showing up for my own life.

For years i’ve written in the dark — sometimes feeling brave enough to share on socials, in journals, in therapy, in late-night prayers and early-morning revelations. I wrote to survive. I wrote to remember. I wrote because there were no words offered to me that fit the woman I was becoming.

Now I write, create — and publish — so no woman has to feel alone in that becoming.

Matriarch Publishing Haus is my love letter to every woman who ever had to save herself and is now ready to speak, create, and take up space with the truth she earned.
